  5. Complete the payment process
  6. Receive confirmation email with login credentials

Return Policy

Digital Course Content

As our AARI embroidery courses are digital products with immediate access to video content and learning materials, we have a limited return policy:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Technical issues preventing course access (within 48 hours of purchase)
  • Course not as described (within 24 hours of purchase)
  • Double charging or payment errors
  • Accidental purchase (reported within 2 hours)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • After accessing more than 20% of course content
  • After downloading course materials
  • Beyond 48 hours of purchase
  • Personal changing of mind
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • Internet connectivity issues on student’s end

Refund Process
